Every home sold helps a family in need.
As a ReeceNichols Gold Key Agent, Josh donates $100 from every transaction — buying or selling — to Ronald McDonald House Charities. That $100 covers one night's stay for a family whose child is receiving critical medical care, so they never have to choose between being there and finding a place to sleep.
The Gold Key Project runs April through October each year. Since launching in 2020, the program has raised over $1.2 million and provided more than 12,500 free nights for families across the Kansas City metro and beyond.
In partnership with Ronald McDonald House Charities of Kansas City — giving families a home away from home while their child heals.
